Raksha NGO Charity Activities: Education, Safety, Equality & Employment
In 2016, RAKSHA – The Saviour was born from the collective desire of a group of like-minded individuals to contribute to the nation-building process. Their primary objective was clear: to empower women at every level of society. Recognizing the myriad challenges that women face on a daily basis, particularly those who are less fortunate and more vulnerable to various forms of atrocities, gender biases, and inequality, RAKSHA committed itself to supporting these women in earning respect and pride by becoming the breadwinners for their families.
The journey of RAKSHA began with a heartfelt mission to bring happiness into the lives of women who possess a set of skills that can help them earn self-respect, dignity, and a sustainable livelihood. The organization firmly believes that an empowered woman not only transforms her own life but also plays a crucial role in building an empowered society, which, in turn, contributes significantly to an empowered nation.
One of the core focuses of RAKSHA is to maintain a delicate balance between Rural India and Urban India. The organization understands that any imbalance between these two sectors can potentially create rifts that might be challenging to bridge and could lead to various crises, including economic, food, ecological, employment, and shelter crises. By striving to create harmony between these two sectors, RAKSHA is playing a vital role in building a more balanced and empowered nation.
Furthermore, RAKSHA actively promotes the use of Swadeshi products, aligning with the Make in India concept. By encouraging the use of indigenous products, RAKSHA not only supports local artisans and industries but also generates demand that opens up new avenues for employment. This approach not only strengthens the local economy but also contributes to the overall development of the nation.
In conclusion, RAKSHA – The Saviour stands as a beacon of hope and empowerment, working tirelessly to uplift women, bridge the gap between rural and urban India, and promote self-reliance and sustainability. Through its initiatives, RAKSHA is not only empowering individuals but also contributing to the larger goal of building a more empowered and prosperous nation for all.
Education
(Siksha)
We believe in the power of education and skills development. Our programs offer skill development training, self-defense classes, educational support, and legal information camps. These initiatives are crafted to equip women with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate life confidently and independently.
Safety & Security
(Suraksha)
Our safety and welfare initiatives provide critical support to those affected by Love Jihad, domestic violence, and child trafficking. We also extend a helping hand to rape victims, assist with matrimonial alliances, and ensure pregnancy and safe delivery services, affirming our commitment to safeguarding women's rights and well-being.
Equality
(Samanta)
At the heart of our endeavors lies the pursuit of equality. We champion gender equality, challenge social inequality, and advocate for the rights of both men and women. Our efforts are directed towards creating a society where equal opportunities for financial independence are not the exception but the norm.
Employement
(Swarojgar)
Rakshha is dedicated to transforming lives through sustainable employment, in line with India's "Atmanirbhar" vision. We prioritize marginalized groups, fostering dignity and self-reliance, and creating lasting opportunities for all. Our focus extends to women, rural communities, and the economically disadvantaged, ensuring no one is left behind in our pursuit of empowerment.
By bridging the gap between rural and urban India, we not only aim to prevent potential societal rifts but also contribute to averting economic, ecological, employment, food, and shelter crises. In doing so, we take meaningful strides towards an empowered nation.
Moreover, RAKSHA is proud to endorse the MAKE IN INDIA initiative by promoting the use of Swadeshi products. This not only fosters national pride but also stimulates the economy, paving the way for new employment opportunities.
Join us as we continue our journey towards an empowered society and nation, one where every woman holds her head high, adorned with the laurels of respect, dignity, and self-reliance.
